HoneyFil Ingredients: What Is in Each Gummy, Row by Row
HoneyFil ingredients are seven rows on the Supplement Facts panel, each with an amount per gummy: vitamin D3 at 84 mcg (420% of the Daily Value), boron at 7 mg, sodium at 10 mg, and fenugreek, maca, tribulus terrestris and horny goat weed extracts at 100 mcg each. There is no proprietary blend. The panel prints no other ingredients line, so the gummy base is not disclosed.

HoneyFil ingredients: the seven rows on the panel
The HoneyFil Supplement Facts panel lists seven ingredients, and every one has an amount printed beside it. The serving size is one chewable gummy, and the bottle holds 30 servings. There is no proprietary blend, which means no single total weight hides the separate amounts.
| Ingredient | Amount per gummy | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) | 84 mcg | 420% of the Daily Value |
| Sodium (as sodium citrate) | 10 mg | A trivial amount |
| Boron (as boron glycinate) | 7 mg | Daily Value not established |
| Fenugreek seed extract 10:1 | 100 mcg | Daily Value not established |
| Maca root extract 10:1 | 100 mcg | Daily Value not established |
| Tribulus terrestris extract 10:1 | 100 mcg | Latin name misprinted |
| Horny goat weed extract 10:1 | 100 mcg | Latin name misprinted |
The same panel prints 20 calories, 4 g of total carbohydrate and 3 g of total sugars per gummy, with added sugars listed as 0. The label carries the Vitalifes brand, and the pictured bottle shows a best-before date of 07-2028.
The two HoneyFil ingredients in real amounts
Vitamin D3, 84 mcg. This is 3,360 IU. The Daily Value used on labels is 20 mcg, so one gummy is 420% of it. The adult upper limit is 100 mcg (4,000 IU) a day from all sources, so one gummy is 84% of that ceiling on its own. If you already take a multivitamin or a separate vitamin D product, add them up first and ask a doctor (NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, “Vitamin D: Fact Sheet for Health Professionals”).
Boron, 7 mg. Food gives most adults about 1 to 1.5 mg a day, and the adult upper limit is 20 mg. At 7 mg, this is a genuine supplemental amount and stays below that limit (NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, “Boron: Fact Sheet for Health Professionals”).
The four botanical HoneyFil ingredients at 100 mcg each
Fenugreek, maca, tribulus terrestris and horny goat weed are the herbs the marketing images are built around. On the panel, each one is 100 micrograms. A microgram is a thousandth of a milligram, so each herb is 0.1 mg, and all four together are 0.4 mg. A grain of table salt weighs roughly 0.6 mg.
Each extract is marked 10:1, which means ten parts of herb concentrated into one. So 100 mcg of extract is equal to roughly 1 mg of raw herb.
| Botanical | On the HoneyFil panel | Amounts usually quoted in trials |
|---|---|---|
| Fenugreek seed extract | 100 mcg | 500 to 600 mg a day |
| Maca root extract | 100 mcg | 1,500 to 3,000 mg a day |
| Tribulus terrestris extract | 100 mcg | 250 to 750 mg a day |
| Horny goat weed extract | 100 mcg | Hundreds of milligrams in the little research there is |

What the HoneyFil ingredients list leaves out
The panel has no “other ingredients” line at all. A chewable gummy needs a gelling agent, a sweetener, a colour and a flavour, and none of them is printed. That matters if you have an allergy or follow a diet.
It also means the vegetarian badge cannot be checked. The two common gelling agents are gelatin, which comes from animal collagen, and pectin, which comes from fruit. Without an other-ingredients line, there is no way to know which one is in this gummy. If that matters to you, ask the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 before you buy.
Two misprinted names in the HoneyFil ingredients
Two of the four botanical Latin names on the panel are wrong. The tribulus row prints “Trigonella foenum-graecum L.”, which is the Latin name for fenugreek on the row above. The horny goat weed row prints “Epimedium Brevicomum Maxim”, where the accepted name is Epimedium brevicornum Maxim.
These are proofreading slips, not safety findings.
How to read the HoneyFil ingredients for your own routine
Count your vitamin D
One gummy is 84 mcg. Add any multivitamin or other vitamin D before you start.
Take one gummy only
The label says one gummy daily. Two would put vitamin D well over the adult upper limit.
Read the herbs as small
At 100 mcg each, the four botanicals are a small part of the formula.
Ask about the base
If gelatin or an allergen matters to you, call the desk first.
Talk to a doctor if needed
Do this first if you take prescriptions, have kidney stones or high blood calcium.
The bottom line on HoneyFil ingredients
HoneyFil prints all seven ingredients with amounts, and that deserves credit. Read it as a vitamin D3 and boron gummy, with four herbs listed at 100 micrograms each. If that is what you want, compare the packs on the pricing page or go back to the HoneyFil official website home page. The gummy format itself is explained in HoneyFil gummies vs capsules.
